On the afternoon of April 28, 2018, hosted by the People's Government of Xincang Town, Pinghu City, the “Climbing May 1st” tug-of-war competition in Xincang Town, which was hosted by the Comprehensive Cultural Station of Xincang Town, Pinghu City, kicked off. A total of 22 teams from various villages (communities), towns and cities, and enterprises participated. Our company responded positively and formed a team to participate in the competition.

This tug-of-war competition uses three wins and two wins. Each team consists of six male players and four female players.

When the whistle of the game sounded, I saw the team members clasping the long ropes with both hands, so that they could pull out their strength and unite as one. During the competition, the team members worked hard and the winning and losing signs moved back and forth around the middle line. The atmosphere was extremely intense. Under the field, the cheerleaders were all enthusiastic, and the cheering cheers came one after another, adding a touch of color to the game.

Through this tug-of-war competition, not only has the teamwork awareness of the participating employees been improved, but also the “Guanhao people” are not afraid of difficulties in the face of challenges, clenching their teeth and persisting in the spirit of hard work. The players on the field have a high morale and use their sweat to explain the meaning of unity. Their tenacious perseverance and hard work are worth learning for each of our “Guanhao people”.
